Councils and Certifications
The IIKI is launching its first Certification Council, which will provide practitioner certifications in the following areas:
Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence
Knowledge test to verify understanding of AI and its business and research applications
Sector-specific certifications (Healthcare, Education, Banking, Insurance, etc.)
Chatbots Track
- Maker: Develop at least one chatbot
- Expert: Develop at least three chatbots in production
- Master: Develop more than five chatbots in production and hold two or more Expert certifications
Natural Language Processing (NLP) Track
- Maker: Develop at least one NLP application
- Expert: Deploy multiple NLP solutions in production
- Master: Lead the development and maintenance of complex NLP systems in production
AI Ethics and Fairness Track
- Maker: Complete a project or course on ethical AI development
- Expert: Apply ethical guidelines and conduct fairness audits in AI projects
- Master: Publish significant research or develop widely used frameworks for implementing ethical AI practices
Generative AI Track
- Maker: Complete a verified project in developing a generative AI application
- Expert: Develop at least two different generative AI applications in production
- Master: Develop more than three generative AI applications in production and hold two or more Expert certifications
Realtime Video Processing Track
- Maker: Complete a verified project in developing a real-time video processing application
- Expert: Develop at least two different real-time video processing applications in production
- Master: Develop more than three real-time video processing applications in production and hold two or more Expert certifications
Computer Vision Track
- Maker: Complete a verified project in developing a computer vision application
- Expert: Develop at least two different computer vision applications in production
- Master: Develop more than three computer vision applications in production and hold two or more Expert certifications
Structure
Each technology supported will have at least three experts certified at the Master level, forming a panel
Panels will be led by a technology leader appointed by the IIKI for a three-year term
Will manage process standardization, quality assurance, and appoint/terminate technology experts
